- Dry: Dry the back and front of your teeth with tissue to ensure the strips adhere firmly.
- Apply: Place the long strip on top teeth and the short strip on the bottom teeth. Press the sticky side firmly onto your top teeth and fold over any excess to secure it behind your teeth. Avoid the gums.
- Whiten: Leave on for 30 minutes while it works its magic.
- Finish: After 30 minutes, Remove and rinse to reveal a brighter smile.
